Ukrainian federation of safety industry (UFSI), domestic insurers and developers prior to the end of 2008 will neglect a joint project of insured and safe property.
Stanislav Polishchuk, the member of UFSI, the deputy chairman of the committee of the Federation responsible for the development of business- medium, noted that the Ukrainian federation of safety industry developed “pilot” project of insured and safe real estate, which will be realized in the collaboration of the representatives of the real estate market, insurance market and market of safety industry.
As a result the realization of the developed business-model, the realized objects of real estate, designed and built on the basis of those coordinated with the insurers, the guarding firms and developers of technical specifications.
Lviv town administration was picketed by nearly 60 representatives of society “Ljubinske syajvo” (former market “Novyi” - ZIK), which is situated in Petlyury St. in Lviv. They required to provide them with land section for functioning of the market, since the previous plot of market functioning was “secretly sold”.
“Such impression occurs, that everything in Lviv must belong to Roman Shlapak, the deputy of Lviv town soviet, the owner of “Arsen” and “Barvinok”. The market was sold in 2006. Therefore we request authority the help to preserve to us the work sites”, noted the deputy director of the market Zinoviyf Sidorskiy. He noted that in 2007 the market paid 127 thousand Uan of market collection with the plan of 100 thousand Uan.
Andriy Sadovyi informed the representatives of society “Ljubinske syajvo” that at the present moment there is the veto superimposed to the decision about the removal of the section, in which functioning of the market “Novyi” (now “Ljubinske syajvo”, - ZIK). When this question is removed from the agenda, then the decision will automatically enter into the force. If deputies do not overcome veto, then for people it is necessary to apply to the law court or the procuratorship.

In 2008 in Lviv region the authorities plan to stop the exchange of certificates to state acts for aquiring rights for the land shares. It was reported by the chief of main administration of the land resources in Lviv region, Dmytro Zavtur, marked by the korespondent of RBK-Ukraine. According to his words, Lviv region is one of two areas in Ukraine, where the exchange is not yet completed.
D.Zavtur said that he had already appealed to central guidance concerning the punishment of workers in those regions, where land acts providing is conducted in an unpropriate way. Besides he gave them the monthly plan for acts' providing. If these tasks are not to be executed, the proper conclusions will be made.
Nearly 1,5 million Uan was selected from the budget for the organization of land act providing in Lviv region by the state administration.

Architectural department of Lviv administration, without regard to numerous remarks, approved the location of trade-entertaining complex in Knjagynya Olga St., 1 – 5. Besides the department approved the change of the plot destination where the complex will be built. This was reported by the correspondent of «L'vivskyi portal» from the meeting hall.
