Canadian- Ukrainian construction symposium takes place in Lviv on July 10, the organizers of this measure report. Symposium will take place with the support of the Ministry of regional development and construction of Ukraine, committee of Supreme Rada of Ukraine on questions of construction, town building and regional policy, organizational committee on preparation and conducting of the final tournament of the championship of Europe 2012 in Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and international trade of Canada, embassy of Canada, in Ukraine, and also the associations of the construction enterprises of Lviv region.

7 million 874 thousand Uan from land sales entered into Lviv budget last week

7 million 874 thousand Uan from land sale entered into the budget of Lviv in the past week. As a whole out of land sale from the beginning of the year 14 million 391 thousand Uan entered into the budget. Whereas from the lease pay - 16 million 877 thousand Uan entered into the town budget. This was reported by the press service of Lviv town council.

 The department of natural resources control and land relations regulation in the past week signed agreements of land lease for the sum of 653 thousand 460 Uan, 5 agreements about land servitude for the sum of 5 thousand 494 Uan and 56 agreements about the compensation of losses from the deficiency of means for the actual use of SPD for the tentative sum of the lease pay of 182,3 Uan.

Furthermore, th edepartment prepared the draft of the agreement of purchase- sale of land section on Gorodotska St., 245, which was realized through the auction. The cost of this land section composes 1 million 600 thousand Uan.

The new chief of the administration of external economic activity and investments

Sergey Kiral’ was appointed to a position of the chief of the administration of foreign economic activity and investments of Lviv town council. The appropriate order was signed by Lviv administration chairman Andrey Sadoviy.

Until this time Sergey Kiral’ worked as the leader of the projects’ department of the financial industrial group “Rosan”. He has work experience in the development and realizations of large investment projects. Two higher education were obtained by him. In particular, he finished the program of MVA after the direction “The management of organization”. Besides he speaks several foreign languages.

Let us recall, until recently the post of the chief of the administration of external economic activity and investments of Lviv town council was occupied by Taras Burgan, who left this position at his own will.

Within the period from January 1 to July 1, 2008, the costs of land sections under the cottage construction in the cities of Ukraine and their suburbs grew in limits of 10-38% ($572-930) for one are.

Within the period from January 1 to July 1, 2008, the cost of land sections under the cottage construction in Lviv region (5 districts) grew, in limits of 16,91% ($572) to 3 953 dollars for one are.

Rating of the cost of land sections by the districts of Lviv region:

1. Pustomyitivskiy district - increase in 15,33% (to $609) to $4 581/are

2. Gorodotskiy district - increase in 21,93% (to $558) to $3 102/are

3. Yavoriv district- increase in 20,79% (to $522) to $3 033/are

4. Zhovkivskiy district - increase in 21,48% (to $390) to $2 206/are

5. Kamyanka-Buzhskiy district - increase in 28,57% (to $358) to $1 611/are

The customer of the stadium construction to Euro-2012 will be Lviv administration of capital construction

Lviv administration of capital construction will order the building of a new stadium to Euro-2012, as was reported by the representative of town soviet. According with his words, this decision is made at the session of executive committee. Lviv Rada gave permission to conduct design and building of the stadium.

Lviv city-planning council earlier approved the preliminary design of the building of stadium to the Euros -2012. Project provides for the building of stadium in 33,4 thousand places over the area of 3 hectares, besides there will be a parking, in 1593 places. The cost of building is 85 million Euros. On February 6^th this year Lviv recognized the company Alpine BAU GMBH (Austria) as the winner of competition to stadium construction to the Euros -2012.
