"The first vice-prime minister issued commission to Ukraeroproekt to postpone all current works and complete all necessary project works concerning the Lviv air-port to September,15. Construction works will begin after this”, - Mykola Kmit' declared during the press-conference.
According to his words, the flight bar of air-port will be prolonged to 2800 meters. In relation with operating project, the air-port will be opened during the period of works conducting - at first a new bar will be built and then the old one will be destroyed. "For this purpose it is necessary to buy several land plots in Pustomitivskyj district. Indemnification will be paid to every proprietor. Now we expect the changesgiven by the Cabinet to the articles of facilities' division. About 4 mln UAH are necessary. Land owners will be able to purchase far best lands for the got facilities. Instead, we will get a valuable air strip in Lviv, and the air-port will adopt the airplanes type like Boeing 767-400. It responds to UEFA request", - Mykola Kmit' marked.
He pointed out that the question of terminal construction needs to be solved right now. "This question is now decided in Ministry of transport and, possibly, international tender will be declared towards terminal project to the investment forum in Lviv. After it an international tender will be conducted towards a concession in relation to its building. The agreements of concessions are now developed with the participation of foreign companies", - was added.
From New Year in Lviv it is planned to fix the new normative money estimation of earth. About it was reported during a press-conference by Igor Gumenchuk, the chief deputy of natural resources and adjusting of land relations department of Lviv city council.
A normative money estimation is a basis for land-tax forming and paying for a lease. The preliminary money estimate of earth in Lviv was ratified in 1999. Development of new estimation was carried out by institutes: "Mistoproekt", "Lviv research and project Institute of land use organization” and "State research institute of the automated systems in building and construction". Now a document concerning the money estimation of earth in Lviv is on examination in the State land committee of Ukraine. "In autumn it will be carried out to the session of Lviv city council. It is expediently to enter it in an action with a new budgetary year", - a chief of the department informed.
The officials are sure that the new estimation of earth will allow to multiply entering budget of city from a lease and land-tax for 35-40%. In 2009 year from the lease of earth Lviv plans to get 52-56 million UAH.
“There can not be a hotel in the place of «Vernisazh»”, - said a chief of historical environment guard department of Lviv, Liliya Onischenko.
Among the investment package of Lviv for hotels' construction to «Euro-2012» there is no officially planned hotel construction in Teatralna St.-Nyzjkyj Zamok Sq., - notarized chief of historical environment guard department of Lviv, Liliya Onischenko. Recently, at the conference the director of «Euro-2012» department at Lviv city council, Oleg Zasadnyj, reported that “Vernisazh” will be moved to Rynok Sq., and instead of it a 5-star hotel with 120 rooms will be built.
«In the lists of areas which city council selected for hotels' construction to «Euro-2012», an area, where market “Vernisazh” is located, does not belong. It is needed to conduct there archaeological researches of tailings belonging to Nyzjkyj Zamok and foundations of St.Kateryna's church. The costs to do those archaeological researches should be of budgetary (city or state) facilities with the purpose of limiting private investitions which will probably give right to private investors to require this area for building and construction. When such person will know that there is no oportynity to built anything there, he will not finance archaeological researches. Archaeological sights which have been found out will be exhibited in the museums. For the moment we co-ordinated the lists of areas for underground parkings, prepared by the architectural department of lviv city council», – Liliya Onischenko said.

The Lviv city council will propose 37 land lots on sale. The first six areas will be sold on an auction which is to be set in October. This was reported by Igor Gumenchuk, the chief deputy of Lviv department of land resources and adjusting land relations .
At the moment a city council has already prepared a document for 5 hotel areas, and also for the territory with the purpose of multistoried buildings construction. In addition, nearer to the winter the authorities promise to prepare a documentation for an area under complex construction which will consider office, trade, auction and exhibition buildings in the Lypynskogo St. Its area will include 8-10 hectares.
At the same time, secretary of the land commission of Lviv city council, Vladimir Girnyak, marked, that during conducting of the auction there can be some problems. In particular for lack of rules ratified by the Ministry of justice concerning licensing of organizations which conduct the land auctions.
According to Vladimir Voevodin, the chairman of land resources department at Lviv city council, the primary privatization of Ukrainian earth will be completed to the end of the year.
It is planned to place informative shields on the sites of constructions in Lviv , which will report about a customer, general contractor, performer of works, author of a project, building terms, and also foundation o works f conducting.
The architectural department of Lviv city council developed the draft design of informative shield which should be placed by the organizations on the construction sites and places of roads reconstruction .
As press-service of the Lviv city council reported that establishment of shields is caused by the frequent appeal of Lviv citizens to the mayor, as they are interested in what is built near their houses.
"In legislative acts and build norms placing of information on the sites of constructions is foreseen, however not everybody is adhered to it.
