Kyiv rating agency «Credit-Rating» forecasts 15 defaults of the companies which finance building and construction to 2009 year.
«To the end of the year we expect nearly 15 defaults. All these happens in the sphere of building financing», - Stanislav Dubko, agency's director said during the 11th International forum of participants of capital market. According to Dubko, from the beginning of 2008 the agency has already fixed 7 defaults of this segment.
He marked also, that in 2009 «Credit-Rating» expects plenty of defaults, however quantitative prognoses are not still made. «Credit-Rating» - a rating agency which provides services in the area of independent estimation of borrowers' solvency with the appropriation of credit ratings according to the National rating scale.

A commission, created for organization of the competition among investors concerning the best suggestion for building of the multifunctional station complex in the territory of the suburban station, registered a few Ukrainian and oversea investors already, - was reported in press-service of the Lviv railway.
Offering the investors to participate in the competition, Lviv railway draws up the basic terms. Above all things a railway intends to act as the general customer of multifunctional complex' construction in Lviv (land plot with the area of 18,9266 ha), which must be used for providing services to passengers.
A project foresees the building of the suburban station with an international terminal for foreign passengers. In the plans there is also the construction of an entertaining or service centre with numerous modern parkings and other objects of city infrastructure.
As for cost of the question, taking into account the prices in 2007, 417 million Uan at least are needed.

On Octobers, 2 the meeting of Ukrainian Private Investors' Club will take place in Lviv. The meeting will take place in the format of presentation of projects' initiators and review of the presented designs. Investments budget of the offered projects varies fom 200 thousand to 5 mln Euro. Profitability - from 40% to 80% per year, - was reported by press-service of Lviv city council.
The meeting itself will take place within the framework of the VIII International fair of investments and real estate. To the public attention the projects of investments in western region will be presented, which were selected by the experts of Ukrainian private investors' Association.

The department of historical environment guard of Lviv city council claimed to the public prosecutor's office to opened a case concerning the proprietor of a house in Yaroslavenko St. 30, who destroyed Lviv' historical sight of architecture. This was stated in an official comment of Lilia Onyshchenko, chief of the department.
«It is for the first time in the history of the department of historical environment guard in L'viv that a house is destroyed in such cynical way. A house is in the list of city's historical sights of architecture according to the decision of Lviv executive committee», - Lilia Onyshchenko says. The house owner was warned that a house has a status of one that is guarded as a historical sight of architecture. Besides he was ordered to conclude a protective treaty of this sight. Regardless this fact, a house was totally destroyed within a single day.
During the following 4-5 years investors plan to input 25 milliard UAN, that would improve L'viv standards of living considerably. According to information of the press-service of Lviv city council, this was reported by Mykola Kmit', the chief of state regional administration.
The briefing was devoted to VIIIth L'viv international economic forum, which will take place on Octobers, 1-3 in L'viv. Among industries of investing priorities in L'viv region Mykola Kmit' named construction, transport infrastructure, private mines and objects of medical service.
For alteration of L'viv transport motorways approximately 11 milliard UAH are needed. One of powerful projects of transport infrastructure is an autobahn «Krakovets'–L'viv–Brody», that already is on a finishing phase of implementation.
