A consulting company «Ukrainian Trade Guild» («UTG», Kiev) forecasts the opening of the trading-centre «Alliance» in Lypynskyj St. in Lviv in July-September, 2009. It was mentioned in the Company’s rewiew. The centre conception was developed by «Ukrainian Trade Guild» in January, 2006. Building of «Alliance» began in the same year.
The general area of business centre makes 21 thousand sq.m. An area for a lease is equal 14,1 thousands sq.m., out of which 1,1 thousand is for auction area and 13 thousand – for offices.
A complex consists of 10 levels. Besides the parking for 206 parking places is foreseen to be constructed in the territory of the «Alliance».
The offices of different areas and configurations, offices of the opened type, shops, apartments of public food consumption, conference halls, auto saloons of premium class will be located in the complex.
After a month the company «Azovinteks» has almost finished concluding landworks on the territory of future stadium to Euro-2012.
As Vitaly Sulima the management leader reported, yet to a New Year on the area of the stadium electro-communications will enable to execute works in three changes.
Works on establishment of foundation under tower faucets are now conducted. These will be located round the bowl of stadium. It is planned to place 10 such faucets. Two faucets are already set, and to the end of year 5 more will be set. Such information was given by Igor Semenov the director of the Lviv branch of «Azovinteks» company.
Works on building of the stadium are conducted accordingly to a plan. At the beginning of the next year establishment of foundation will be conducted from.
The decision of an executive committee of Lviv city council was made, which ratified the act of state receiving commission about acceptance in exploitation of complete building object of the trade center "Furshet".
An object is located in Bogdan Khmelnytsjkyi St.,176. A total area makes 7 023,7 sq.m. The center was reconstructed out of production building. A reconstruction was carried out by the associated company "Stroy - Market Group".

A new office centre will appear in Lviv. A complex with the built-in objects of trading, public food consumption and parking places will be constructed in Kul'parkivska St. 200. A total area will make 0,23 hectares.
The author of this project is Danylo Shvets'. The project of the complex is developed jointly with the main investor, Dutch company. The main functional setting of future object is office centre. It is planned the ground floor to be used for trading, the rest - offices, conference halls. Underground will be used for two-levelled parking, there is also foreseen out-of-doors parking place.
In obedience to the decision of Lviv city council LLC «Plaza Lviv» carries out building, planning and building of such office centres. Besides a company is obligated to conclude a treaty about investment input payment.

The Japanese researchers forecast investment activity in Lviv in the nearest future. Development of the city will be caused by the transition of basic accents of business from EU to its neighbour countries, in particular and to Ukraine, Lviv. Above all things it is caused by a necessity to optimize the charges. The Japanese scientists carried out such prognoses within the limits of Lviv economical research which is carried out by the Japanese governmental agency “Jetro”.
"A crisis stimulates and enables to open new markets and new countries for large companies. A financial situation will force large corporations to be more active to examine possibility of production transfer from EU to the nearby countries. Thus to improve the financial status due to the optimization of charges", - Yatukho Maeda the director of Jetro company noticed.
