The prices for lands plots for cottage building in Lviv region became higher without regard to economic and political instability in the state.
From the beginning of October the cost of such sites in Lviv area grew in 15% for the are and attained 4210 dollars. According price standards Lviv region leads Kharkiv region, where the middle cost of the are makes 2 643 dollars, and slowly reaches Dnipropetrovsk, where the middle cost of the are makes 4 753 dollars.
But to Odessa region, the leader of regional market, it is yet very far. The prices in this area went down at the moment and are somewhat 10,7 thousand dollars in the districts of prestige seashore area, although in some districts they exceed 14 thousand dollars.

The famous German holding Metroplan group is interested in the building of factory in Lviv. The company's representatives already conducted first-stage negotiations about the collaboration between Lviv city council and European business association. The next visit to Lviv in relation to this project is planned in two weeks. This was reported by the press-service of Lviv city council.
For the present moment Metroplan group is engaged in the evaluation of cities for the construction of enterprises of the leading industrial producer and in Lviv in particular. If a factory is built, it is expected to organize over thousand workplaces there.
The last known Metroplan group' project was the construction of industrial park for 2,5 thousand workplaces in Wroclaw. The cost of project is estimated by 240 million Euro.
Let's remind that Metroplan group is one of the well-known German development holdings which consists of building, logistic and consulting companies. It was founded in 1976 in Hamburg, Germany. Equity of holding is 1,35 milliard Euro.

Last week during the meeting of architectural town-planning council of town-planning department at Lviv city council it was presented the draft design of hotel in Fedorov St., which was developed by the British company John SEIFERT ARCITEKTS.
As the main architect of the project John Sifert, John SEIFERT ARCITEKTS, considers: “An international class hotel of 5stars should appear in Fedorov St. From the east side of the street Mr. Sifert suggests to build the VIP-wing of hotel and on the contrary — another hotelpart with a bar, restaurant, pool, special area for rest, fitness clubs, rooms for negotiations. The room's area will respond the European standards – from 32 to 48 sq.m.”
John Sifert noticed that if during archaeological excavations they will find valuable exhibits, such will be preserved and be used in the hotel interior. The British architect at the same time insured that the hotel building will perfectly suit the historical and architectural environment of Lviv.
Guidance of the Lviv region conducted meeting with delegation of Lithuanian Republic during which the sides discussed an issue of collaboration between Lviv and Lithuania. This was reported by the press-service of Lviv regional state administration.
According with the given information, the sides discussed the field of saving and renewing of historical sights of architecture, recreational objects. They exchange experience of restoration, bringing in investments to the sphere of cultural legacy.
Lviv regional administration showed interest in Lithuanian experience in relation to the system of the help to small and middle business, functioning of the unique permission office for businessmen, alteration of objects of infrastructure. A vice-chairman of Lviv regional state administration reported that they are waiting for business activation with Lithuania, in particular for participating in projects to Euro-2012.
A new trade-office complex with hotel' rooms and underground parking place will appear in T.Shevchenko St. 80. As press-service of Lviv city council reports, the executive committee of Lviv city council gave permission for planning of such complex.
In the set order a company “BudDetal'” must get the data for planning of the complex in the town-planning department . Besides a company must have a detail design developed by the licensed project organization and agreed by the town-planning department.
For building of hotel complexes 24 permissions are given out. Consequently new hotels will appear also in Fredra St. 7; Gorodotska St. 65; Striyska St. 108; Drukarsjka St. 9; Chervona Kalyna Pr., Lyubinska St. 93 etc.
In obedience to information of experts, 50 thousand tourists will visit Lviv in 2012.
