On November, 10 at 16.00 o'clock the public listening in a large session hall took place where the new money estimation of lands was discussed. A normative money estimation is used for determining the size of land-tax and rent, as far other actions with land. “In accordance with a new estimation lands are divided on 77 areas and there are 359 certain local factors (the greatest coefficient is 3,2 and the lowest - 1,84) of evaluations, on the basis of which the calculation of normative money estimation of lands will be carried out “ – Igor Gumenchuk the chief deputy of natural resources and land relations' adjusting department reported.
Basic factors which influence on zone division of the city are the following: availability to the city centre, ecological quality, level of engineer-transport infrastructure and social town-planning attractiveness of the territory.
In 1999 with a power of the decision ¹ 210 of the session of Lviv city council money estimation of lands in Lviv is ratified. It makes 104,9 UAN for 1sq. m. According to a new method its size makes 529,7 UAN for 1 sq.m. On the basis of new normative money estimation from the year of 2009 the correction of contracts of tenancy and land-taxes will be done. It is expected that as a result of introduction of new money estimation the entering to the city budget from rent and land-tax will be larged for 35-40 percents.
This week a meeting of architectural town-planning council at Lviv city council took place. The suggestions of office centre's construction with the objects of trading and public feeding were considered. This centre is to be built in Kul'parkivska St. 200 in Lviv.
According to the project's author Daniel Shvets' on an area of 0,23 hectares a 90 meters high modern office centre with 21 floors is suggested to be built. It is planned to arrange the parking there for 179 underground parking places and 65 ordinary ones.
The object is foreseen for offices, the ground floor - for the objects of trading. About 1 500 people will work in such a center.
In Lviv mass residential building is on the edge of stopping, however office centres' construction collects its turns. About it today Andrey Pavliv the director of town-planning department said during the meeting of architectural town-planning council.
According to his words, activation of office centers' construction is related to a fact that a city passes to the postindustrial period. Large factories and plants are consequently closing instead the work is concentrated in offices and is related to communications.

German businessmen and authorities took interest in the projects of road construction and alteration of railway infrastructure of Lviv. With the purpose of collaboration in these projects the meeting took place today with the participation of of representatives of Lviv city council and official delegation at the head with the leader of external economic relations and trading department of external economic matters Ministry of Thuringia. This was reported by the press-service of Lviv city council.
Official delegation in composition of the representatives of business and authorities of Thuringia will discuss with Lviv city council the following projects viewing in three directions, in particular, water treatment, alterations of railway infrastructure and roads' construction.
Let us remind that Germany is one of basic investors of Lviv. A general volume of the German investments to the city is 18, 7 million dollars.

On Thursday, November, 6, "Lviv will declare a competition concerning a general contractor and investor of stadium construction to Euro-2012". Bogdan Bedrilo the chairman of working group of control after preparation to Euro-2012 in Lviv reported on November, 3, during a press-conference.
The authority will give advantage to that general contractor who will give a city the highest bids of investments and will maximally loosen the pressure on the city budget. A winner will be declared in a monthly term.
At the same time Oleg Ambush the director of Euro-2012 department of Lviv city council marked the necessity to conduct two competitions separately: the determination of general contractor and the investor.
