A company Abris Capital Partners (Poland) purchased through the auction method a control package of network “Barvinok" which was the property of trading company "Intermarket" (Lviv), uniting 24 supermarkets in western Ukraine, - passes "Interfax-Ukraine", the agency of news.
"Abris Capital Partners purchased a control package of network “Barvinok", which includes 24 supermarkets in Western Ukraine. A salesman, namely the trading company "Intermarket", remains the shareholder of the network", - was marked in the press-release of "Intermarket". The sum of transaction and purchased package of the network is not specified referring to the commercial secret.
In obedience to press-release, trade mark “Barvinok" will continue the development activity under the direction of Michael Kharrison, manager from Great Britain who has more than 10-year experience in central and east Europe in the sector of retail business.
Mykola Kmit' the head of Lviv regional state administration conducted the formal meeting with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Italy in Ukraine P’etro Dzhovanni Donnichi.
As press-service of Lviv regional administration reports, the ambassador of Italy marked that investors are attracted to Lviv by the high professional level of local labour force. P’etro Dzhovanni Donnichi declared that he saw the prospects of development of collaboration between Italy and Lviv. The Italian hotel operators are ready to take part in alteration of hotel infrastructure in Lviv.
The head of regional state administration put its attention to two large projects, which will be realised in Lviv with the help of Italian investments, namely the reconstruction of railway complex in Lviv and building of a new town-satellite near Lviv.
Before participating in a competition for the reconstruction of the Lviv air-port seven participants declared about their desire to be involved in the preparation to Euro-2012: 4 Ukrainian organizations (Ukrainian state project-technological research institute of civil aviation «Ukraeroproekt»), Lviv company «Retro-proekt» LLC, Ukrainian enterprise with the foreign investments of «Tebodin Ukraine», Donetsk project company «Hertz» LLC and 3 foreign companies («Nikodem and Partner» LLC (Czekh), «EA Reng AS» (Estonia) and Institute of building of Croatia).
«If the project of air-port strip' lengthening which was executed by Kiev institute «Ukraeroproekt»is already completed, the project performer will be known during the nearest 30 days», - Sergiy Taratuta the head deputy of Lviv regional administration, the member of tender committee, reported.
«Azovinteks» company continues stadium' building works in Lviv to Euro-2012. About it Andrij Sadovyj reported to the journalists at the conference.
Now more than 50 units of building technique work in a construction site. To the end of year it is planned to involve about 200 units of modern building equipment and 800 workers. Works will be conducted in 3 periods, 24 hours a day, without week ends.
Works of stadium' construction are planned to be finished in December, 2010. All charges were undertaken by a city budget.

In central part of Lviv another new building is to appear soon. Result of international architectural competition which was organized to find out the best project of hotel complex in the corner of Krakivska St. and Virmensjka St. finally became known.
Among seven projects victory was achieved a by Austrian architects Herman and Valentino, partners of ZT-GESHB (Vienna). Investor will be presented by «Budinvest» LLC, which is the current landholder. Except for Ukrainian and Austrian specialists, in the competition also took part architects from Poland and Sweden.
The total area of territory where hotel is planned to be constructed makes 868 sq.m. A project foresees building of 4-stored hotel with a mansard.
Still a project should get a concordance from the experts of YUNESKO and pass through the number of the public listenings. But scarcely the attention should be paid to the any remarks, as the starting date of hotel' exploitation is already named — 2011. This hotel is built within the framework of Lviv preparation to Euro-2012.
