The chief of Main administration of the land resources in Lviv Dmytro Zavtur reported during a press-conference that lands of the nonfarm assigning for 150 million hryvnyas are planned to be sold till the end of year.

As he informed, the administration planned to conduct 25 auctions till summer, however through the very frequent changes of legislation, only 7 auctions on which eight areas were sold for 6,7 million Uah have been presently conducted.

He said that 26 areas in different towns and districts of Lviv region are ready to be sold. It is prognosedit that it is possible to put approximately 150 million hryvnyas to the local budgets from their sale . 
As the example, the nearest auction of Truskavets' land plots on Junes, 24 will make attempt to sell almost 18 hectares of land at an initial offering price of 20 million hryvnyas.

D. Zavtur also noticed, that the administration does not sell earth, it only helps to prepare the documentation for local authorities which are engaged in realization of areas. He marked also, that the problem of Lviv districts is that sometimes local officials can not really estimate the cost of lot lands and set it too high, consequently, they lose buyers. But, he approvingly spoke of Lviv city authority, which seems to be able to sell the areas.
