House on pl. Mickevicha, 2 in Lviv is not in the lists of historical monuments, but, sure, it belongs to historical buildings of the central part of Lviv, which is cared by domestic and international organizations, - Mykola Gayda, a member of IKOMOS of Ukraine reported.
«A house is on pl.Mickevicha – Voronogo St. It belongs to base-line buildings in the category of value, which was at one time developed by Institute of «Ukrakhzakhidproektrestavraciya». It means that it can be changed, though historical building assumes for interference only to the certain degree. However, the main architect of city is not in jurisdiction to give permissions for reconstruction, he can only express his point of view, but such permission is given by other factors. As now a house is in property owning and proposed for a sale, a threat that two more floors will be built, is the more than real», – an independent expert said.

The Austrian investors began a scale project on the renewal and reconstruction of historical monuments in Lviv. A project is directed on development of tourist infrastructure of the region and will overcome fortresses and palaces of Lviv.
An austrian company "Consortium" presented a project which includes the reconstruction of the historical objects in the Lviv area. For this purpose investors are ready to inlay a more than 120 million euro, and create an unique tourist route. If there is understanding and support of government, but there already exist a signed agreement with regional state administration, a project will be realized in the end of June, the representatives of company inform. However, a project needs legislative providing, to get it possibly to take the monuments in concession, the foreign investors inform.
Minister of regional development and construction, Vasyl Kuybida, considers that for the rescue of fortresses it is the way out to let them be privatized, but the consideration should be very differentiated. "Methode of differentiation concerning every single fortress or palace. Attracting state facilities, facilities of different international funds and where it is justified - attraction of the private capital", Kuybida marked . This is a pilot project which will open the future for the fortresses and palaces of Ukraine, as it was marked by a minister.Out of 200 fortresses and palaces which are in Ukraine, a great deal of them needs reconstruction.

The City chairman of Lviv Andrey Sadovyi states that finally a reaction on the parliamental level concerning the kick-up facts of the Lviv land grabl was made, informed the press-service of city government.
«If the falsification of city administrayion decisions in Ukraine will continue, as it was in Lviv, and the proper organs will not react, so we will reach to falsification of laws, decrees of President and Constitution. We will assist the parliamentary commission giving all necessary information and help in this process», - he noticed.
The committee of the Verkhovna rada of Ukraine against the organized crime and corruption considered a case on June, 18 concerning the illegal owning of 15 land plots within the limits of Lviv to build there petrol-stations and a case concerning 330 hectares of the forests in Bryukhovychi. The secretary of Lviv city administration Volodymyr Kvurt and the head of continuous deputy committee regarding nature and environment, equipment with modern amenities, Vera Lyaskovska, were invited to give a report relating these cases during the meeting of committee.
The deputies of Verkhovna Rada made decision about creation of workinggroup with bringing in to its work of representatives of General Prosecution, MVS, SSU, and also five deputies of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. A folk deputy Volodymyr Ar’ev will lead a workinggroup.
